World Calendar (hereafter refered to as 'Software') is provided to you under the following terms.
Use of Software (Individual License)
If you purchase an individual license, you may use Software on one individual machine. You may install Software on a hard disk or another medium for the purposes of use by an individual user. You may not transfer your license to another user.
Use of Software (Site License, World Wide License)
If you purchase a site license or a world wide license, you may install Software on machines or a computer network for installation by people who are employed or otherwise affiliated with your organization. A site license entitles you to install Software on all systems in your organization, so long as those systems all reside within a 100 mile (160 kilometer) circle. A world-wide license entitles you to install Software on any system within your organization anywhere.
In both cases you may make backup copies of Software and the registration keys, so long as copies of Software cannot be executed by people not covered by the license restrictions above.
Redistribution
You may not attempt to adapt, translate, modify or otherwise reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of Software. You may redistribute Software to others, provided that you redistribute Software's archive package as is, and so long as you do not redistribute your registration key to people not authorized by the restrictions above.
No Warranty
The software herein is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness to a particular purpose.
In no event will In Phase Consulting or any of its distributors be held liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages, including any lost profits or lost savings, even if In Phase Consulting or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims by any third party. In Phase Consulting's total liability for damages, costs and expenses, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the total license fees paid by you for Software.
Governing Law
The terms of this license agreement are between you and In Phase Consulting, and are governed by the laws of the State of California.
If any provision of this license is held invalid, void or unenforceable under any applicable statute or rule of law, it shall to that extent be deemed omitted, and the balance of this license shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms.
